The system will state the testing status for the day.
The Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) has contracted with the JDRC to conduct drug/alcohol screens. Clients referred by DHHR are expected to follow the reporting procedures required by their DHHR case worker.
Proper identification is required prior to screening.
Clients are subject to search to detect any device designed to defeat a random screen either by a substitute urine specimen or contaminate that would alter the results. Any attempts to defeat a drug/alcohol screen will be reported to law enforcement and the referring agency.
If a client does not report on a designated day, the absence will be recorded as unexcused and refusal to submit to a drug/alcohol screen.
Documentation must be provided for absences due to medical appointments or court appearances.
The JDRC staff will not accept calls from family members to report an absence. Calls made on your behalf by family members will be reported as an unexcused absence.
You are expected to report 30 MINUTES before close of business on the day you are required to screen, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
